No nos- ADVERTISING/OPINIONS

Do any of you see those flashy signs that are like
OPEN BUY ONE GET ONE FREE
COME IN WERE THE BEST, WE BEAT ALL
Well, I hate to break it to all of you guys but its not allowed on our site! Only Mods and Admins ( with permission ) are allowed to advertise. The reason: Well, you as a member might not like what were saying about the forum.
Lets take this for example....
Kiara-- admin: Excuse me? Come visit the Toontown Gazebo. We do lots of fun stuff there!

Max: Excuse me?!!!!!!! dont visit the toontown gazebo. they smoke and they gossip about toons and false stuff. dont ever ever contact us!
Well, what Max did is just wrong. Its not right to turn things around that people said. That is why we never allow it on our site..... Ok?
